By enrolling at Legacy Driving School, you agree to the following terms.
Students must be at least 15 years old and hold a valid WA State learner's permit before attending. Parental consent is required for students under 18.
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Legacy Driving School reserves the right to dismiss any student for conduct violations without a refund.
Regular attendance is required. Missed sessions may require make-up instruction at additional cost. DOL certification requires completion of all required hours.
Full tuition is due before the course begins. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Legacy Driving School is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the tuition paid. Driving instruction involves inherent risks that students and parents acknowledge upon enrollment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State.
